ROAST PORK

We present the recipe on how to make a delicious pork loin roast.

Ingredients for four people

  • a piece of pork loin (about 800 gr)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 large onion
  • two pieces of celery
  • two carrots
  • Salt to taste.
  • two glasses of water

Preparation

Take the piece of pork loin, clean it of any fat present and prick it with a fork.

Take a saucepan, add the oil and then the piece of pork loin and place on the stove over medium heat.

While the roast is cooking (remember to turn it every now and then), separately clean the carrots, celery, onion and cut them into fairly large pieces.

Once the pork is well browned

add the previously prepared vegetables, water

salt and cover with a lid and let cook for about another 15-20 minutes (the time to cook the vegetables).

Once cooked, remove the meat from the pan and let it cool a little

and in the meantime pass the vegetables with the mixer not too finely, that is so that the pieces of vegetables remain a little coarse.

Then cut your roast into slices which you will arrange on a serving dish

alternating a layer of slices of pork roast with a layer of the vegetable puree passed through the mixer.
